So, it’s not just pea soup’s carpooling kids who have the goat spotting fun.
Bringing the kids home last night we were startled by a sudden yelp from the backseat. “There’s a goat up that tree!”
And now I know precisely which goat it is because this being a greeny urban fringe type area, there’s two goaty possibilities. I think I may push for a change of school route just to spot a tree-climbing goat.

I’ve been very disappointed in the goat lately – it’s been positively earthbound. Although it did have its front paws (hooves?) (feet?) up on the fence the other day, which was very tantalising.
So which is the other goaty possibility? I only know the one on Main Rd – its black and white, and it lives in a field with two brown sheep.

Apologies.

The other goat is still on Main Road, further south just before the bridge. It’s on the left and you have to look down – so not for the driver to check out really. It’s a rather boring goat.

All I get on my morning commute is weeing cows… and fog. Lots of fog.
